Producing in Ararat Music School- Little Red Riding Hood Audio Book
The following production is part of the activities planned for the second period of the professional course in Ararat Music School. In this professional practice, a production team made up of three students, had specific roles distributed among them, these being:
Executive Producer
Audio Engineer
Artistic Producer
According to the organizational development pyramid seen in Production class: The Producers and the Audio Engineer work as strategic leaders of each area. In every stage producers do a specific job, collaborating with the other producers working and assisting in any situation, this is done to improve functionality and to follow a logical approach so that every natural ability from the team members helps the production so that the work can be finished with a better result.
The goal of the assignment was to deliver a professional audio book for children, based on the story of Little Red Riding Hood from the Grimm Brothers. The team had to write their own adaptation, based in psychological bases such as: Transactional Analysis and Character Analysis, create and record their own music and foleys, all with the assistance of the other members of the professional course, who worked as staff, musicians, voice actors and audio engineers, directed and guided by producer Alejandro Aznavwrian, the General Producer of the project.
This professional production was developed by the students of Ararat Music School, following the process taught by Alejandro Aznavwrian, divided in:
Stage 1: Formula, Planning and Strategy
Stage 2: Execution, Techniques and Process
Stage 3: Delivery, payment, collection, legal, artistic, team and economic solutions, human factor.
