About Us
Ararat Music School is a talent incubator located in Mexico City, directed by musician and producer Alejandro Aznavwrian. This art centre has dedicated more than 15 years to the formation and professionalization of young talents in music, giving them the opportunity to acquire a scholarship in foreign and prestigious universities.
This formation is part of the "Professional Course", where students take classes involving subjecs like: Composition, Arrangement, MIDI, Audio Engineering, Transactional Analysis, Film Scoring, Classical Guitar, Electric Guitar, Percussion, Piano, Vocals, Electric Bass, Flamenco Guitar, La Técnica al Filo (Technique for fusion guitar), History of art, Organology, Octave intonation adjustment, Interpreter's psychology, etc.. This tools are strenghtened throughout the course and in the end, the student learns to produce by watching and helping a professional musician, as well as recording their own music and recording their classmates, with this they demostrate they can be a professional musician and a producer.
Music Production Class
Because it involves, unites and gets on practice all of the knowledge and techniques learned on the Professional Course, Music Production Class in Ararat Music School has a very special importance in the student’s formation. As they learn throughout the production itself, they find the stimulating and rewarding experience of a Professional Production, uncovering the answers to inquiries and troubles in a production, such as what elements, procedures, habits and strategies are needed to fulfill a Professional Producer, Musician and Engineer’s work.
With classes focusing on organizational development, sales and interview principles, students learn the stages of a production, starting with formula and strategy, then executing the plan assuming the roles of an Executive Producer, Artistic Producer and Chief Audio Engineer, finishing and delivering a product in the final stage with a worldwide professional quality standard.
